This is our most essential package for the organization who is seeking a strategist to help point them in the right direction. We will conduct both a full review of the current strategy and a basic needs assessment. Based on our findings we will identify key focus areas and recommend a strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
As your Friend, not only will we serve alongside you as a strategist, but we will also engage your team and additional stakeholders to co-design curricula, develop a program and/or provide recommendations and insights to guide implementation.
