Leadership training and curriculum curriculum for the faith-based youth program.
The Fifth District Young People’s Department (Y.P.D.) of the A.M.E. Church hosted leadership development seminars for Y.P.D. leaders from 11 states throughout the district. Dr. Groff facilitated sessions to help the leaders develop a progressive, user-friendly youth curriculum guide, and annually led leader training workshops. She also facilitated fun, interactive youth workshops.
